Delivery Policy

Holiday Delivery

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We are closed on these holidays to spend time with our loved ones: New Years Day, Easter, IMothers Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Same Day Delivery

If you order by 11:00 am in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the designers choice option  the same day Monday through Friday. Due to seasonal availability,  some flowers pictured on our website take more time to receive from our growers. We receive shipments of fresh flowers 3 times per week, so if you place your order in advance this gives us the opportunity to add specific flowers duplicating the picture you desire.

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee a delivery at a specific time as we prioritize funerals, businesses and school orders accordingly throughout the day. Visitation times, if the recipient leaves work/ school early or even when you know the recipient will be home can also be noted in the addition instruction area. This helps our drivers stay in a consistent and organized timeframe while guaranteeing ALL deliveries are received. 

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 10am-4pm daily, our cutoff time for same day delivery is typically by 11am (exceptions are made during major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, as we have multiple drivers with many more orders to fulfill.) 

Funeral Homes

These orders are our very highest priority as viewing times, service times, and family times vary with each funeral. Out of respect for each individual family we prefer to have our flowers placed in the flower room atleast an hour prior so the funeral home director has time to setup. With many services being transported to churches or the graveside in the early morning, it is best to have flowers delivered the day before. If you are unsure of timeframes we can verify with the funeral home to make sure they arrive accordingly.  We do not deliver to churches or the cemetery during the setup. In such cases it is best to have your flowers delivered to the home address after the service takes place.

Houston County School Policy do not accept deliveries for students. Teacher or staff orders are taken to the main office where the recipient will be called to pick them up during their break. Due to high traffic and parent wait lines, we do not deliver flowers past 2pm./

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

If no one is home

We dont call to ruin the surprise, we show up to see the smile! Sometimes they just dont answer the door if they're not expecting. Our driver may call or text the phone number provided on the order to determine if it's safe to leave in a shaded area and weather permitting  of course.

Incorrect Addresses

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal by calling Hope at 478-329-0101 to ensure  the order gets pulled and an email confirmation can be sent to verify afterwards.

Recipient may be contacted

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery in a timely manner. We do not guarantee flowers left outside for long periods as anything can happen( theft, animals, weather) we would much rather speak to the recipient to redeliver at a more convenient time or setup a safe place to leave that the recipient is aware of.

Request to leave item at door

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot see or accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift, delivery fee and sales tax. We do not offer refunds in this case. We can set up a pick up time if you'd like to give them yourself or to another person. We DO NOT participate in stalking or third party drama.

Card Messages

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We offer personalized hand written enclosure cards in envelopes with the residents name and our shop information on it so the recipient not only has a way to get in touch with us, they also receive privacy from anyone trying to see who sent it! We do not include any billing information with your order.
